Waiver and Severability of Terms
The waiver of any provision of the Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of LSAC’s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
LSAC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of LawHub or any of the content, services, or products on LawHub, for any reason of any cause beyond LSAC’s reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, government regulations, embargoes, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, war, terrorist acts, riots, fires, explosions, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, major storms, strikes, power or telecommunications outages affecting facilities, or acts or omissions of vendors, suppliers, or common carriers.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of any services, affiliate services, or third-party services, the applicable terms of such services, affiliate services, or third-party services shall control.
The Terms are effective unless and until terminated by LSAC, at any time and without notice to the User. In the event of termination, the User is no longer authorized to access LawHub and the restrictions imposed on the User with respect to material downloaded, service use, the disclaimers, and limitations of liabilities set forth in the Terms shall survive termination. LSAC reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. If the User has any questions, please send the questions via email to LSAC at LSACinfo@LSAC.org.
