How to Request Accommodations on the LSAT

Once you’ve registered for the LSAT, you can complete the “Request or Modify Accommodations” form within JD Services.

All requests for test accommodations (including requests related to previously approved accommodations) must now be submitted through JD Services  (opens in new browser window). All information related to your request can be completed online, and all required documents can be uploaded and submitted electronically. Please contact us if you have any questions about submitting your request online.

To make your online request:

  1. You must already be registered for the LSAT test date for which you wish to request testing accommodations. You will not be able to begin the online accommodations request process until you are registered to take the test for which you wish to request testing accommodations.  Please Note: Remote testing exceptions that will be considered for 2026-2027 LSAT administrations include but are not limited to candidates with certain disability-related accommodations that require a separate room in a test center. Because of this, test takers who are approved for certain accommodations may be required to test using a particular modality absent exceptional circumstances (distance) and/or a specifically approved accommodation to test in a specific modality.  Disability-related requests to test in a test center or remote modality, and supporting documentation, must be submitted by the accommodation request deadline for the applicable LSAT administration.

  2. Access the online request form by activating the “Request or Modify Accommodations” link in JD Services. You can find this link under “LSAT” in your account’s menu system.

  3. The online “Request or Modify Accommodations” form will guide you through the process of submitting all required information and documentation. If you are not able to complete your request in one session, you can save your progress and continue the request later. However, you must submit your completed request by the accommodation request deadline, which can be found in the Upcoming LSAT Dates page of the website.  With regard to uploading documents, please note:

    1. All uploaded documentation should be legible.

    2. All documents must be in English. If not in English, documentation must be accompanied by an official translation.

    3. Accepted file formats include jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx, rtf, htm, html, and txt.

    4. Maximum file size per document = 10 MB.

    5. Please do not upload the same document more than once.
